Booking Mark Terms and Conditions
Because we operate professionally, transparently, and clearly to provide you with exceptional service at a reasonable price… and because we are keen on maintaining a distinguished and continuous relationship with our customers, we advise you to carefully read the booking terms as they define our rights and obligations to ensure your protection and avoid any misunderstandings.
By accessing, browsing, and using our website, any of our applications, or any of our services available through our website or any other booking platforms, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below:
1. General Rules
You must present the following documents at hotel check-in:
- Personal identification card for each adult.
- Marriage certificate or the wife’s identification card showing the husband’s name.
- Booking voucher issued by the company.
- Birth certificates for children (upon request).
- Passport for non-Egyptians, along with proof of residency if applicable.
- Hotel check-in starts at 14:00 (2:00 PM).
- Hotel check-out is at 12:00 (noon), and any late check-out may incur additional charges.
- Prices do not include services not mentioned in the booking voucher.
- Prices exclude personal expenses such as (luggage services, room services, minibar usage, laundry, phone calls, early check-in or late check-out fees, tips, etc.).
- Triple rooms consist of a double room with an extra bed.
2. Payment Methods
No bookings are confirmed until full payment is received. Available payment methods include: cash payment, online payment via our website, credit card payment, and bank deposits.
3. Booking Voucher
All information listed in the booking voucher (such as number of guests, children, birth dates, check-in/out dates) is the client’s responsibility. Any additional costs due to changes at check-in will be borne by the client.
4. Hotel Booking Modification/Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing during business hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM), excluding Fridays and Saturdays.
- Cancellation fees apply based on the cancellation date, increasing as the travel date approaches, up to 100%.
- Cancellations made more than 21 days before travel are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made between 6 and 21 days before travel will incur a charge equivalent to one hotel night per room.
- Cancellations within 6 days of travel are non-refundable.
- Service modifications are allowed up to 15 days before travel, subject to availability and applicable penalties.
- Cancellations due to force majeure (wars, protests, riots, natural disasters) will be reviewed accordingly.
- Cancellations due to personal circumstances (death, illness, divorce) will follow the standard cancellation policy.
5. Transportation Cancellation Policy (Tour Packages Including Transportation)
- Cancellations more than 15 days before travel are fully refundable.
- Cancellations between 7 and 15 days before travel will incur a 50% deduction.
- Cancellations within 7 days of travel are non-refundable.
- Clients must adhere to the bus departure time and seating arrangements as per the booking voucher.
6. Tours and Activities Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least one day before the tour (before 4:00 PM) are fully refundable.
- Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
- Late arrivals for tours will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
7. Flight Booking Terms and Conditions
- Airline tickets are subject to the terms and conditions set by the airline, including refund and rescheduling policies.
- The passenger is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the flight details, including name spelling, travel dates, and destinations.
- Any changes to flight bookings may incur additional charges as per the airline’s policy.
- Flight cancellations are subject to airline-specific rules, which may include penalties or non-refundable fares.
- Passengers must comply with airline check-in and boarding procedures to avoid denied boarding.
- The company is not responsible for any schedule changes, delays, or cancellations imposed by the airline.
- In case of missed flights, rebooking fees and fare differences will be applied according to the rules of each airline.
8. No-Show Policy
Failure to travel without prior notification will result in a 100% charge of the total trip cost, with no refunds.
9. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for unused services after the return date.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 21 days of the cancellation request.
- Refunds for credit card payments will be returned to the original card, subject to the bank’s processing timeline.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Failure to travel without prior notification will result in a 100% charge of the total trip cost, with no refunds.
The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by adding or removing clauses. These terms apply to Booking Mark and all its services provided via email, phone, or online platforms.
